One of my personal favourites, and a deeply restorative experience, our Nuru body treatment, is a practice originating in Japan, using a warm, silky gel rich in sea minerals. This method encourages natural movement and full-body relaxation.

During your session, the gel allows me or one my talented therapists to flow effortlessly over your skin, creating a continuous sense of connection and grounding. The technique promotes circulation, eases muscle tension, and enhances overall energy flow while helping the skin absorb revitalising minerals for a soft, refreshed appearance.
